Measure the action your launch is designed to produce
We agree the launch action, qualification rules and reporting definitions before release, then review the next steps people actually complete, with requests, accounts, attended demos and paying customers recorded as separate outcomes.
For a waitlist or beta
We review the fit of requests, recurring questions, access offered and progression into the product. Interview and usage feedback can reveal a message gap, an unexpected requirement or an audience mismatch. A waitlist request shows interest, not active use.
For a self-serve product
Where reliable product data is available, we review account creation, the first useful action defined by your product team, trial progression and verified paid conversion, using consistent time windows and comparable cohorts. A signup alone does not show activation or retention.
For a sales-led product
We review inquiry quality, qualified meetings, attendance and subsequent opportunities using reliable records. Sales feedback explains fit, requirements, objections and next steps. A booked slot, a completed conversation and a verified customer are recorded separately.
Continue or expand when the audience, product experience and observed economics support further activity. Revise when response exposes friction in the message, channel or next step. Resolve or pause when readiness problems prevent the promised experience or the evidence is too weak to decide.
